I’m a newly licensed agent and this is the first book I’ve read on the subject. I feel like it was pretty informative. Now that I’ve read through it, I’m going to go back and review different chapters that I’ll start implementing. My only advice would be to read it before you even get your license. Then when you are licensed you can hit the ground running.
I would highly recommend this book to anyone getting into a real estate career. Easy to read, seems to cover most of the bases, and divided into convenient chapters so you can read only what pertains to you. The real challenge is IMPLEMENTING what's in this book, and that problem is with the reader (me) not the book. LOL
I will start by saying, I just never write reviews. I am writing this review because I feel so strongly about this book and I am just a few chapter in. I just started my real estate career and I’m ready to hit the ground running. I read the reviews for this book and bought it because I needed some guidance. I’m so glad I did because this is the best information one can start a career with. I feel like I know things I would never have known if it weren’t for Dirk Zellers guidance and wisdom. It makes you push hard and feel knowledgeable. I can go to my team with what I need to learn and know with confidence. I’m so grateful and looking forward to being successful in real estate.
Gives overall guideline to start asking the right questions. Lots of outdated info, that's the only negative. You can't beat good sales skills, and this book is full of eye opening techniques for you to study.
This is a great book for the brand new real estate agent. It clearly lays down the undertaking it takes to succeed in Real Estate. Dirk Zeller writes in an entertaining fashion that moves things along in a steady pace. From cold-calling to door knocking, Dirk Seller covers all of it in one book. It's really a call-to-action, setting up some fundamentals for the new agent to succeed.
This book is perhaps the best, most detailed oriented book that should be mandatory reading for all new and existing real estate agents. It is excellent and complete in its discussion of all things necessary to become a successful real estate agent.
