My spouse laughed at having a whole cookbook devoted to one vegetable, but I am nowhere near as creative in the kitchen as Julia Mueller. Nice range of recipes, with no flops in the handful I have made so far. Recipes include: breakfast dishes, appetizers & sides, salads, soups, stews, main dishes, salsas and spreads. There is also general information on the types of kale and how to work with it. The creamy sweet potato and kale soup is wonderful!
We've had it for a little over a month, have made more than 16 recipes and we have loved every single one!! There is not a bad recipe in this book. We've loved it so much that we've already given it as gifts to friends and family. You will not regret this purchase!
